Last year I shot some engagement photos for Singaporean couple Jess and Steve. They were travelling with a concept in mind which is great for me. A client with a clear idea helps you form a clearer concept and are simply more fun to work with. They wanted to shoot in various cities like they were "travelling through time." The idea was to shoot in a historical and a modern setting for various countries, and they hit me up for Seoul. What made this shoot more fun and challenging was that they wanted cinemagraphs as well, which is an uncommon request, specially for a couple.

I really enjoyed making the cinemagraphs last time and a lot of people found them interesting so I decided I would be doing a lot more of this, specially while travelling.
